Andrew Bankens is a Ugandan based in Kampala, Uganda. A professional teacher with B.Th. I have had several training in leadership fields and i also train people to become quality leaders.
For the last four years I have spoken to several small groups of individual and many of these lately, have registered tremendous success in their fields of work. With the interaction I have had with people, I have found many straggling with life but full of wisdom and understanding, not weaklings but robust. They are not illiterate or untrained, or lack of potential, but they lack guidance and encouragement to empower them to will. It’s the reason why I feel obligated to join forces with such people, to help, influence, and challenge to kick-start their potential to achieve a higher level of success in life.
